海盐县结核病控制“九五”规划实施情况与效果

Instance and effect of the implement of controlling the tuberculosis in Haiyan county in the period 1996-2000

目的 报告海盐县结核病控制“九五”规划实施情况与效果。方法 对 1996— 2 0 0 0年全县规划指标 ,依法防治 ,归口管理 ,工作规范 ,痰检质量控制 ,强化化疗督导等措施进行评价。结果 5年中发现涂阳肺结核病人 339例 ,是“八五”期间的 1.97倍。新登病人查痰率维持在 95 %以上 ,涂阳检出率年均 4 5 .0 % ,涂阳发现率从 17.99/ 10万提高到 2 3.5 7/ 10万 ,新发涂阳病人治愈率由 90 .9%提高到 93.3%。结论 海盐县“九五”期间传染源发现有了明显加强 ,病人治愈率提高 ,传染源得到有效控制。提高可疑者就诊率和DOTS实施质量是今后的工作重点。

Objective To report the instance and effect of the implement of controlling the tuberculosis in Haiyan county in the period 1996-2000.Methods To evalute the prevention and cure according to laws,the centralized management measure,the criterion,the control of the quality of examining sputum and supervising of chemotherapy in the period 1996-2000.Results 339 sputum smear-positive tuberculosis patients were found in the period 1996-2000.Sputum examination rate of new patients was keeping 95%. The detection rate of smear positive patients was 45.0%. The finding rate of smear positive increased from 17.99/10 5 to 23.57/10 5. The cure rate of smear positive patients increased from 90.91% to 93.33%.Conclusion The finding of infectious cases and the cure rate are improved,the infectious sources were effectually control.It is the important to increase the case-finding rate and improve the quality of the DOTS.
