摘要
采用低碳低合金 3 0 Cr Ni Si Mo V钢 ,研究了预应变淬火实现板条马氏体组织纳米结构化的工艺技术。经对具备这种纳米结构化组织的钢进行力学性能检测 ,发现其强度远超出了此类钢的常规极限水平 :其抗拉强度达到 180 0 MPa以上 ,屈服强度超过 170 0 MPa;并且仍保持高的塑韧性 ,δ≥ 10 % ,αK≥ 40 k J/ cm2 ,冲击断裂的裂纹扩展功 Ap≥ 2 0
By prestrained quenching of low carbon and low alloy 30CrNiSiMoV steel the ultra-fining process techniques.The results of mechanical properties test showed the strength obtained extremely exceeded the normal ultimate level of the steel,the tensile strength σ b and the yield strength σ s exceeded 1800 MPa,respectively.At the same time,the steel remained high plasticity and toughmess which percentage elongatian δ and impact toughness value α K and impact fracture erpansion work A p exceeded 10%,40 kJ/cm 2,and 20 J,respectirey.The study provided the new approach to ultra-fine steels.
