碳素铬纳米粉末制堆焊焊条 被引量:3

摘要 以纳米和微米级碳素铬粉末为主要原料 ,制备了 DL5 8和 DL967型高硬度、高韧性耐磨焊条。采用手工电弧焊探讨焊条的焊接工艺性能。纳米粉焊条焊接时 ,小熔滴过渡 ,引弧容易 ,电弧稳定性好 ,成型好 ,无焊接缺陷。对堆焊层的显微组织、硬度分析表明 ,纳米粉末焊条堆焊层的显微组织比微米粉未焊条堆焊层的显微组织均匀、细小 ,硬度 64~ 67HRC,而微米粉未焊条堆焊层的硬度为 5 9~ The wear-resistance welding rods of DL58 and DL967 were fabricated with the nanostructured and microsized carbon chromium powders for the welded layers with high-hardness and high-toughness.The welding technology performance was tested using manual arc welding.When using nanostructured powder rods,the transition melting drops are smaller,and the arc starting,the shapeability and the arc stability were better than using coarse powders.Furthermore,no any welding defect was found.The analyses of microstructure and hardness of bead welded layers showed that the microstructures of nanostructured powders were uniform,fine and granular,and the hardness for nanostructured powders was 64~67HRC and that for microsized powders was 59~67 HRC.
