摘要
用电镜及 X射线衍射仪观察并分析爆炸喷涂工艺制备 Ni- Cr- B- Si涂层的组织结构 ,测定了涂层的结合力、空隙率和耐磨性 ,结果表明 ,爆炸喷涂可获得高致密性的涂层 ,与等离子喷涂相比 。
The Ni-Cr-B-Si coating was prepared by detonation gun spraying,the coatings microstructure was examined by means of SEM and XRD, the bond strength and wear resistance of the coating were also investigated.The results show that by detonation gun sprayin,a compact texture coating can be obtained and the coatings bond strength and wear resistance are superior to that of ones made by plasma spraying.
