摘要 文章介绍了制备光纤预制棒的 ACVD工艺方法和设备 ,分析了其工艺特性和影响因素 . This article introduces a method and equipment of ACVD process for producing optical fiber preform, analyses the characteristics and the influencing factors of the process.
