摘要
《中华人民共和国农村土地承包法》于2003年3月1日实施。土地承包法在郊区实施中要考虑大城市郊区土地关系的特点。在对上海等城市郊区调查的基础上,本文对大城市郊区实施该法过程中的一些问题进行了思考。
The 'Law on Contracting Rural Land,People's Republic of China'has been carried out since March 1st,2003.The characteristics of the land relationship in the suburb of big cities should be taken into consideration when the law is carried out.Based on research in the suburb of Shanghai and other large cities,the authors make some reflection on some issues involved in the process of carrying out the law in the suburb of big cities.
