排泄性尿路造影在ESWL治疗中的应用

The Application of IVP in the treatment of ESWL

目的 :探讨IVP在ESWL治疗中的应用价值。方法 :对1761例临床诊断为泌尿系统结石行ESWL治疗病人 ,应用IVP检查了解肾脏分泌功能、梗阻结石的部位及程度。结果 :在ESWL治疗中 ,对IVP显示重度积水 ,结石一次粉碎者608例 ,占34 5% ;中轻度积水 ,结石一次粉碎者1153例 ,占65 5 %。完全性梗阻 ,结石一次粉碎者516例 ,占29 3% ;不完全性梗阻 ,结石一次粉碎者1245例 ,占70 7%。结论 :行IVP检查可了解肾脏分泌功能 ,梗阻部位及积水程度 ,指导ESWL的治疗。

Objective:To research for the application value of IVP in the treatment of ESWL.Methods:The Kidney secretion functions of the1761cases of urologicals tones under the treatment by ESWL,are examined with IVP.Results:608serious nephredema cases,the stones are broken once and all,which takes34.5%;and for11531ess serious nephredema cases,thest on es are broken once and all,which takes65.5%;For516complete obstuction cases,29.3%;for1245comp lete obstruction cases,70.7%.Conclusion:IVP examination plays animportant role in the observation of the kidney secretion functions,ob struction localion the nephredema degree and the ESWL treatment.
