目的 :概述了L型菌培养、药敏及其所致感染性疾病。方法 :查阅国内外近年有关文献资料分析归纳。结果 :综述了L型菌培养、药敏及其所致感染性疾病的研究现状。结论 :血琼脂培养基、高糖培养基可用于分离L型菌并保持传统的L型菌的特性 ,L型菌能引起多种感染性疾病 ,并对青霉素、磺胺等抗生素耐药。

Objective:To reiewthe culture.antimicrobial sensitivity tests and infectious disease of Bacteria L-forn.Methods:Reading and analysis related domestic and foreign literatures in recent years.Resulte:To sumup the present research situaion of the Bacteria L-form culture and Bacteria L-form Antimicrobial Sensitivity Tests and infectious disease.Conclusions:The isolation of L-bacteria through blood agar and rich in suger agar,Cultivation maintained the traditional characteristics of the bacteria,Bacteria L-formcaused many infectious diseasesand resist penicillin,SMZco.
