摘要
针对CNC连续轨迹位置控制系统的特点,设计并分析了一种超前导数调节器,即按被调参数指令值变化率调整,实现比I型系统好的动态特性,且能改善系统非线性等因素的影响。
Considering the performance of CNC continuous path positioning control system, A lead controller is designed and analysed, just the same as saying, it is adjusted with command derivative control. The system can obtain better dynamic peroformance than the I model system, furthermore, it can overcome the influence of nonlinearity.
