结合开发箱体零件的 CAPP 专家系统,探讨了箱体类零件的描述、工艺知识的表达和系统决策逻辑等问题。提出了分级规划策略、层次分解的信息输入框架、定量描述加工方法能力的适用度和建立各加工方法之间关系的状态空间等。
Some important problems of building a CAPP Expert System for box shaped parts are dis- cussed.Some new ideas and methods are approached which are a planning control strategy of stratifying-classifying,a frame based on hierarchical resolving of inputing information, a suitability—quantitative describing the capability of machining and a state space graph of machining for describing the relation among the machining methods.
