摘要
目的 了解心理教育性家庭干预与糖尿病神经精神障碍并发症的发生及血糖控制之间的关系。方法 对 2 0 0例糖尿病病人根据家庭情感表达的程度分为高情感表达组和低情感表达组 ,在实施心理教育性家庭干预前后观察神经精神障碍并发症的发生和血糖控制情况。结果 高情感表达组占所有病人的 75 % ,其并发症的发生及血糖情况较低情感表达组有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 心理教育性家庭干预与糖尿病的治疗及神经精神障碍的发生明显相关性 。
Objective To explore the correlation between psychoedcuational therapy and neuropsychic disturbance in diabetics and blood-sugar control.Methods 200 cases of diabetes were classified into the hyperaffectivity group and the hypothymia group.The development of neuropsychic disturbance and blood-sugar control were observed before and after the psychoeducational interventions.Results There existed significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion There exists obvious correlation between psychoeducational intervention and the attack of neuropsychic disturbance and the treatment of diabetes.Psychoeducational intervention is also related to the personal relationship among family members.
