数控零件程序段间的过渡技术

摘要 根据指令功能的不同要求,数控加工过程中程序段间的过渡有直角过渡和圆角过渡.本文简述了以前后台型的数控软件进行插补和位置控制,阐明了通过建立位置增量表解决上述两种过渡问题,并讨论了它对数控加工质量的影响。 In accordance with different requirements of instructions,there are two modes of transi- tion from block to block of part programs in NC machining,i.e.square-corner transition and round-corner transition.In this paper,the way to implement interpolation and position control with NC software of foreground and background structures was briefly described,the method of solving problems about two modes of transition mentioned above using RIP(reference of incremental position)table was explained,and how it affects the maching quality was discussed.
