在介绍哈佛、耶鲁、柏林、牛津、剑桥、东京等世界一流大学办学理念的基础上 ,阐述了世界一流大学办学理念对中国的启示。认为 ,中国建设一流大学 ,必须学习世界先进的教育经验 ,真正以世界一流大学为参照系 ,尤其要吸收、借鉴世界一流大学的办学理念 。

On basis of the introduction of the education running ideals of the such universities as Harvard, Yale, Oxford,etc.,a discussion is made of their enlightenment to China. It is believed that,in order to build first class universities in China, it is a must to learn from the advanced educational experience, take in and adopt the education running ideals of the first class universities of the world and make them serve China.
