摘要
研制用可编程序控制器(PC)对国产1.6米切片机实现闭环控制。PC控制系统可精确地切出1mm—199.9mm之间任何厚度的泡沫塑料,误差为±0.1mm,系统有手动/自动两种工作方式,还具有状态显示,故障诊断,安全保护等功能。
The closed loop control of chinese—built 1.6 meter slicer by use of programmable controller has been developed. Foam plastics can be cut up into pleces in any thickness from 1mm to 199.9mm, with error±0.1mm. The PC control system provides automatic/manual operation modes and other functions such as state display, trouble diagnostic and safety protection etc.
