论述了研究生实施动态培养的必要性 ,并提出了实施动态培养的若干构想 。
Discussed in the paper is the necessity for implementing dynamic training for postgraduate students. It is pointed out that the postgraduate education is closely related to the level of the dynamic development of economy, science, education and culture.
