摘要
煤炭企业在改革发展中面临着人力资源结构不合理和严重匮乏的局面 ,直接影响着企业的经济效益和企业发展。从开滦的企业实际探索了改善煤炭企业人力资源状况的途径 ,提出了建立健全人力资源开发体系。
In the development of coal enterprises, problems exist in the poor structure and lack of human resources, hindering the further growth of those enterprises. Based on the practice of enterprises in Kailuan, some corresponding suggestions are made.
