血小板活化因子乙酰水解酶与相关疾病的研究 被引量：6

摘要 血小板活化因子(PAF)是具有多种生物学活性的磷脂,能够活化血小板和其他炎症细胞,在变态反应及呼吸、消化等系统的炎症反应中扮演重要的角色。血小板活化因子乙酰水解酶(PAF—AH)能够水解PAF和相关的氧化磷脂并使之失活,从而发挥有效的调节作用。本文对PAF-AH的结构特性、对相关疾病的影响以及基因多态性和重组PAF-AH的应用研究进行综述。
