摘要
微生物饲料添加剂 (DFM )在应用中存在着作用不明显 ,效果不稳定的问题。如何增强并保持其应用效果已成为制约此类添加剂在实际生产中推广应用的关键因素。高密度培养技术 (HCDC ,highcelldensityculture)在现代发酵工业中已得到广泛应用 ,具有多种优势 :①可以提高菌体的发酵密度或单位体积培养液中菌体的浓度 ,进而提高体积产率 ;②可以缩小生物反应器体积 ,减少生产设备投资 ;③强化下游分离提取过程 ,减少废水量。若将HCDC用于DFM的生产 ,可以显著提高发酵水平并相应增加终产品中菌体含量 。
How to enhance and stabilize the function of probiotics is the key factor for using of it in feed practice at present. High cell density culture (HCDC) is employed extensively in fermentation industry because of it's superiority. First, It can increase the density of microorganism in culture achieving a high productivity; Second, it can reduce the volume of a container decreasing the production investment at the same condition; Finally, it emphasize the lower extracting process of fermentation, and decrease the amount of water. The comprehensive results show that the application of HCDC can be an efficiency method to enhance and stabilize the function of probiotics.
