经椎板间隙入路显微内窥镜手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症

Treatment of the lumbar intervertebral dise protrusion by microendoscopic discectomy(MED) .

目的:探讨经椎板间隙入路显微内窥镜手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的手术适应证,手术存在问题及解决方法。方法:用METRX治疗腰椎间盘突出症116例,详细介绍手术过程、操作技巧、手术适应证和术中注意问题。结果:平均随访15.1个月,按Nakal疗效评定分级属优90例,良22例,可2例,差2例,优良率96.6％。结论:严格掌握手术适应证、准确定位、娴熟操作技巧、彻底止血、术后有计划的康复训练是手术成功的关键。

Objective:To study the technical difficulties and their manegement and to find out the operational indication of MED. Methods: From Dec 1999 to Dec 20u1, 116 cases of the lumber intervertebral disc protrusion were treated by MED. A minute description was given on operational indication, operative procedures, operative skill and technical difficuties. Results: The mean follow - up period was 15. l months.Of the therapeutic results,90 cases were excellent;22 cases good;2 cases fair;2 cases poor.The rate of excellent and good was 96.6% according to nakal evalutian standard. Conclusion: Strictly selection indication, accurate location consummate operative skill of MED and in a planned convalescence after operation are the key to operation success.
