摘要
目的:探讨骨离体4小时内对移植骨的成骨细胞活性的影响。方法:取兔髂骨常温下置于0.9%生理盐水中,分别于取骨后0、1、2、3、4小时行成骨细胞培养,并每天行成骨细胞计数。结果:细胞培养后3天各组均可见成骨细胞生长,而后数量均逐渐增多,并向周围呈放射状或旋涡状爬行生长。成骨细胞计数结果统计学分析示每天各培养组的成骨细胞计数结果无显著性差异。结论:培养前在生理盐水中保留4小时对成骨细胞的活性没有显著影响,故将移植骨取下后置于0.9%生理盐水中是合理的方法。
Objective: To discover the influence within four hours of different storage time in vitro on the activity of osteoblast in bone autograft. Methods: Kept the ilium blocks in 0.9% saline at room temperature for O, 1,2,3 or 4 hours bere osteoblastic cell culture, the amount of osteoblast in celi culture was taken counting at each group in each day. Results: Os-teoblasts appeared in each group at three days later after cell culture, then the amount of osteoblast gradually increasing, the volume of cell gradually enlarging, and grew to the circumference in radiative or spiring shape.The statistical results of the numbers of osteoblast showed that there was no notable difference between each culture group in each day. Conclusion:Storage of the bone blocks in 0.9% saline for four hours before cell culture would not inuuence the activity of osteoblast. Therefore, it was a reasonable method to keep bone blocks in saline before implant.
