摘要
目的 :按实例建立局部植入给药的局部药物浓度时空方程。方法 :以加权平均及多元分析的方法 ,分别求算局部药物浓度的空间和时间分布函数 (药物浓度经时方程 )。结果 :四维时空的局部植入给药的局部药物浓度时空方程为 :C(t ,X ,Y ,Z) =(B0 +B4r3 +B5r2 )× (A1e-Kat+A2 e-Ket+A3 e-Krt) =(1.343+0 .0 18r3 - 0 .6 2 5r2 )×(2 0 6 .0 8e-0 .0 0 3 8t- 15 .4 8e-0 .2 184t- 190 .6 0e-0 .0 444t) ,r =(X2 +Y2 +Z2 ) 1/ 2 。结论 :经实例演算 ,时空方程的理论基本合理 ,有较好科研价值 ,有助于揭示局部给药的药代动力学规律。
Objective:To set up the local plasma drug concentration-space-time equation of the local embedding administration.Methods:The space position function and time function were set up using of local drug concentration,as well as local drug concentration-space-time equation were set up using mathematical methods of weighted mean and multivariate analysis.Results:The local drug concentration equation in the fourth dimension according to animal experiments was as below:C(t,X,Y,Z)=(B 0+B 4r3+ B 5r2)×(A 1e -Kat+A 2e -Ket+A 3e -Krt)=(1.343+0.018r3-0.625r2)×(206.08e -0.0038t- 15.48e -0.2184t- 190.60e -0.0444t),r=(X2+Y2+Z2) 1/2.Conclusion:The theory of function was rational via deduction of animal experiments and was value of scientific research,it would be redounded to reveal the pharmacokinetics rule of local administration.
