摘要
目的 :探讨阿魏酸钠在整体水平下的抗肾上腺素心律失常作用及可能机制。方法 :2 4只家兔随机分为对照组、阿魏酸钠组及胺碘酮组 ,各组同步记录体表心电图 (ECG)及右室心内膜单相动作电位 (MAP) ,比较各组按 75 μg·kg-1静脉注射 0 .1%肾上腺素前后ECG及相应MAP变化。结果 :快速静脉注射肾上腺素可引起动作电位时程 (MAPD)缩短 ,并可由自律性增高致室性心律失常。阿魏酸钠作用与胺碘酮相似 ,二者均可拮抗肾上腺素所致MAPD缩短 ,降低室性心律失常发生率 ,延长潜伏期 ,缩短持续时间。且心电图ST段改变的发生率及持续时间亦缩短。结论 :阿魏酸钠可能是一种复合阻滞β受体的钾通道阻滞剂。
Objective:To study the antiarrhythmic action and mechanism of sodium ferulate on adrenline-induced arrhythmias in vivo.Methods:Twenty-four rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:control group,sodium ferulate group and amiodarone group.The surface electrocardiograms(ECGs) and monophasic action potentials(MAPs) of right ventricular endocardium were simultaneously recorded in each group after infusion of 0.1% adrenaline with the dose of 75μg·kg -1.The effect of adrenaline on ECGs,MAPs as well as arrhythmiagenesis was analyzed and compared between each groups.Results:Adrenaline alone induced noticeble shortening of MAPD.Adrenaline also induced ventricular arrhythmias due to increased automatility.The shortening of MAPD induced by adernaline was prevented by preadministration of either sodium ferulate or amiodarone.The number of episodes,latency and duration of venticular arrhythmia as well as the occurance and duration of ischemia-like ECG were significantly reduced both in sodium ferulate and amiodarone groups.Conclusion:Sodium ferulate may be a potassium channel blocker with β-adrenoceptor blocking effect.
