摘要
小样本复杂系统的可靠性增长评定具有变母体、试验费用昂贵、试验样本少等特点,用经典统计方法解决这类问题有很多缺陷。采用Bayes方法,综合利用可靠性增长试验过程中的全程信息,结合最大熵方法融合各种来源信息,对可靠性增长的非齐次泊松过程进行了动态描述,在较小样本情况下评定了其可靠性水平。最后,根据提供的模型和方法给出了工程实例。
The reliability growth evaluation for a complex system is based on small samples and demands high reliability. Classical statistical methods can do little for it. In this paper, we bring forward Bayes method to solve the problem. With this method, we combine all kinds of information and adopt the max-entropy method to fuse information. The method can evaluate the reliability growth objectively based on small samples. In the end, we present a project example.
