针药结合对血管性痴呆模型大鼠血清CGRP、ET的影响

Effects of the Combination of Acupuncture and Drugs on Serum Calcitonin Gene-Related Peptide and Endothelin in the Rats with Vascular Dementia

目的 观察针药结合对血管性痴呆模型大鼠血清中降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)及内皮素(ET)含量的影响。方法 采用双侧颈总动脉结扎 -再灌注造成血管性痴呆大鼠模型 ,利用跳台实验观察大鼠行为学改变 ,利用放射免疫学方法检测大鼠血清中CGRP及ET含量的变化。结果 模型组与空白组比较各观察指标均有显著性差异 ,针刺组、西药组和中药组各有不同改变 ,针刺加西药组、针刺加中药组改变明显 ,但以针刺加西药组改变最为显著。结论 针刺、中药、西药对各项指标的改变不完全相同 ,表明它们之间有不同的治疗血管性痴呆的机制。但针刺与中药、针刺与西药的结合使用 ,在本实验中表现了协同作用 ,而尤其以针刺加西药明显。这可能与它们能改变机体中舒缩血管物质的含量 (CGRP、ET) 。

Objective To investigate the effects of the combination of acupuncture and drugs on the levels of serum calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and endothelin (ET) in the rats with vascular dementia. Methods The rat model of vascular dementia was induced by the bilateral carotid ligation-reperfusion method. The changes in the behavior of the rat model were observed by platform jumping test, and the changes in the levels of serum CGRP and ET were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results There was a significant difference between the changes in the experimental criteria in the model group and those in the control group. The results showed that both the combination of acupuncture and the western-style drug (CAWD) and the combination of acupuncture and the TCM drug (CATCMD) were effective, but the effects of the former were better than those of the latter. Conclusion The fact that acupuncture, the TCM drug and western-style drug all showed some kind of effect, respectively, on the experimental criteria implies that the mechanisms of their effects are different; but both CAWD and CATCMD showed synergistic effects in the experiment, and especially, better effects were found with CAWD, which might be related to their changing the levels of CGRP and ET, and improving the blood supply to the brain.
