甲状腺机能减退性肌病激素替代治疗前后血清肌酶谱的变化

Changes of serum muscle enzymes in patients with hypothyroid myopathy before and after substitutional treatment with thyroid hormone

目的 探讨甲减肌病患者甲状腺激素替代治疗前后血清肌酶谱的变化。方法 分别检测 2 5例甲减肌病患者治疗前后血清肌酸激酶及其同工酶、乳酸脱氢酶、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶和α 羟丁酸脱氢酶水平 ,比较治疗前后肌酶水平的变化。结果 甲减肌病患者经甲状腺激素替代治疗甲状腺功能正常后 ,肌酶水平显著下降 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,并达正常范围。结论 甲减肌病患者肌酶明显升高 ,并随甲状腺激素替代治疗后代谢恢复正常而恢复正常 。

Objective To investigate the alteration of serum muscle enzyme levels in patients with hypothyroid myopathy by substitutional treatment with thyroid hormone.Methods The serum levels of creatine kinase (CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme MB(CK-MB) ,lactic dehydrogenase(LDH),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase reagent (HBDH)were separately detected in 25 patients with hypothyroid myopathy and the alteration of serum muscle enzymes levels were compared before and after substitutional therapy with thyroid hormone.Results The serum muscle enzymes levels decreased significantly after the normalization of the thyroid function by substitutional treatment(P<0.001).Conclusion The increasing serum muscle enzyme levels in patients with hypothyroid myopathy dropped to a normal range , with the recovery of thyroid function after substitutional treatment. The prognosis of hypothyroid myopathy is good.
