加强护理人员继续教育 适应护理新模式

Strengthening continuing education for nursing staff and adapting to new nursing model

对护理人员的继续教育从内容、形式、制度、管理等方面进行了论述。认为 ,当前随着护理学科的发展 ,整体护理模式的出现 ,要求护理人员必须不断加强继续教育 ,更新知识。而继续护理学教育也要与时俱进 。

This paper narrates the continuous education for the nursing staff concerning with content, form, system and management. It deems that as nursing develops, integral nursing model emerges, which requires that nursing staff should strengthen and amplify continuous education and renew knowledge. Continuous nursing education should also advance with times and be a notable way to improve the quality of nursing staff.
