文拉法辛治疗广泛性焦虑的临床研究

A Clinical Study of Venlafaxine in the Treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder Huang Yangguang.

目的 评价文拉法辛治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效和副作用。方法 应用文拉法辛治疗66例广泛性焦虑症患者4周,以汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和副反应量表(TESS)分别评定疗效和副作用。结果 有效率为74.24％,副作用轻微。结论 文拉法辛治疗广泛性焦虑症安全有效,可临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and side effect of venlafaxine in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). Methods 66 outpatients with diagnosis of general anxiety disorder were treated with venlafaxine for four weeks. The clinical response and side effects were monitored with Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA)and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS). Results 74. 24% of patients have marked curative effect at the end of the study,and side effects were slight. Conclusions Venlafaxine is an effective and safe antianxiety drug.
