文拉法新对不同诊断抑郁症状的疗效观察

Observe of Therapeutic Effect and the Side-effect of Venlafxine Hydrocllloride Capsules on Different Diagnose Depression Symptem.

目的 本研究在观察文拉法新对不同诊断条目下抑郁症状的疗效及副作用。方法 本文采用开放式研究,对30例重症抑郁,20例神经症性抑郁,16例精神分裂症后抑郁采用文拉法新75mg～200mg/日治疗6周,应用HAMD和TESS进行评分。结果 文拉法新对不同诊断抑郁症状均有较好疗效,且副作用较轻,不同诊断条目之间无差异,不同诊断抑郁症状对文拉法新耐受性良好。结论 文拉法新是一种广谱、安全的抗抑郁药物。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and the side-effect of Venlafxine hydrochloride Capsules to different diagnose depression symptem. Methods This text uses the open type research. Heavy depression of 30 cases and nerve diseases depression of 20 cases and Schizophrenia after depression of 16 cases were treated with Venlafxine hydrochloride Capsules 75mg - 200mg/d for 6 weeks.and applies HAMD and TESS giving a mark. Results Venlafxine hydrochloride Capsules has all good therapeutic effect on difference depression symptem and few side-effects. The difference diagnoses of depression symptem bears good of Venlafxine hydrochloride capsules.there were no significant difference between the different diagnosis clauses and subclauses. Conclusion Venlafxine hydrochloride Capsules is one kind of resisted depressed drugs of widespread and safety.
