MMPI的附加量表对现役飞行员的测查分析

The Additional MMPI Analysis of Pilots on Active Duty

目的 本文首次将MMPI附加量表在飞行员群体中应用,调查现役飞行员10个附加量表的结构效度。方法 采用宋维真编译的MMPI,启用566题,测查3个效度量表(L.F.K)和10个附加量表(Mas.Dy.Do.Re.Cn.A.R.Es.Pr.St)。结果 飞行员10个附加量表的T分例数符合正态分布。个性优良者大于个性偏离者。相关分析将量表划分为两类。测查结果与实际情况对比,符合率为84％。结论 MMPI附加量表在现役飞行员群体中有较好的结构效度,可用于对飞行员的心理测查。

Objective This is the first time to apply the additional MMPI on the pilots to investigate the construction of the 10 additional forms of the pilots on active duty. Methods Apply 566 questions of the MMPI, which was written by Song Weizhen,including 3 forms(L,F,K) and 10 additional forms(MAS,Dy,Do,Re,Cn,A,R,Pr,Es,St). Results The number ol the T score of the 10 additional forms in pilots coincided with normal distribution. The good characteristics is higher than the deviated characteristics. The forms were divided into two kinds by the relative analysis. When comparing the results of the investigation with the reality,the coincided ratio is 84%. Conclusion The additional MMP1 has a better construction.it could be applied in the psychological investigation on the pilots on active duty.
