How can regional agriculture be adapted to the new situation after Chinas accession to the WTO? This paper proposes some views on how to make full use of 'Two Resources, Two Markets' home and abroad,on how to fully develop local agricultural comparative advantages and thus to promote comprehensively local agricultural competitive strategies at home and abroad.
