摘要
产品定义模型是数字化开发技术的基础,现有的产品模型不能满足数字化开发应用的需求,面向过程的产品定义模型建立了产品模型和过程模型的关系。结合铁路机车车辆虚拟样机系统的规划与实施,针对铁路客车产品特点进行产品定义模型的应用研究,分析客车研发和设计过程链及其产品模型、模型内容和格式,以及各类模型之间的关系。指出为了实现产品模型的集成与管理,需要从产品生命周期维和产品定义过程维两个维度解决过程链的管理。
Digital development technology is an integrated method to solve the total lifecycle management of product development. The product definition model based on developing processes builds the relationships between products and processes. Combining with the programming and implementation of railway vehicle virtual-prototyping system, the process chains and product models, model contents and formats, relationships between different models of railway car are analyzed. To integrate and manage product models, the process chains must be controlled both in product lifecycle dimension and in product defining process dimension.
