摘要 目的:研究不同剂量免疫球蛋白(IVIG)对川崎病急性期治疗前后CD4+/CD8+功能平衡的影响。方法:采用流式细胞仪检测A、B两组川崎病患儿治疗前及治疗后4天CD4+、CD8+的值。结果:治疗前A、B两组CD4+、CD4+、Cd8+、CD4+/CD8+无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后B组与对照组有显著差异,A组与对照组差异无显著性;A组退热时间比B组明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论:川崎病患儿急性期,IVIG 2 g/kg一次输入对CD4+/CD8+功能失衡能迅速纠正,缩短发热时间。 Objective: To explore the effects of intravenous immunoglobulins (IVIG) on functional state of CD4+/CD8+ T cells during the acute phase of KD. Methods:The data of CD4+/CD8+ by FACS on group A and group B in the pre or post-treatment (4 days)was analyzed and measured, respectively. Results: There was no differences between group A and group B in the pre-treatment with IVIG given during the acute phrase (P > 0.05). There was a significandy different between group B and control group in the post-treatment, but no significant one between the group A and control group. What's more, time of abatement of fever for group A was obviously shortened compared with group B ( P<0. 01) . Conclusion: The unbalanced functional state were recovered rapidly after IVIG (2 g/kg) injected one time in the acute period. The time of fever were also shortened.
