摘要
目的 探讨继发于慢性肾脏疾病高脂血症患者血浆甘油三酯 (TG)水平与外周血白细胞脂蛋白脂酶 (lipoproteinli pase,LPL)mRNA表达的关系。方法 继发于慢性肾脏病的高脂血症患者 18例 ,其中慢性肾小球疾病组 9例、慢性肾功能衰竭组9例 ,非肾脏病高脂血症组 11例 ,正常对照组 10例素食后采静脉血 ,用逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)测定外周血白细胞LPLmRNA的表达 ,同时测定其血脂水平。结果 慢性肾小球疾病组、慢性肾功能衰竭组、非肾脏病高脂血症组血浆TG水平较正常对照组显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;各受试者外周血白细胞均能检测到特异的LPLmRNART PCR产物 ,各组间该产物光密度值差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 慢性肾脏疾病患者血浆TG升高不伴外周血白细胞LPLmRNA表达水平异常。
Objective To investigate the relationship between circulating leukocytes' lipoprotein lipase(LPL)mRNA expression and hypertriglyceridemia in patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods In 18 patients with hyperlipidemia of chronic kidney disease,including 9 chronic glomerular disease cases and 9 chronic renal failure cases,11 patents with hyperlipidemia without kidney disease,and 10 healthy subjects,LPL mRNA expression in circulating leukocytes was detected by reverse transcription poilymerase chain reation(RT PCR) and bloood lipid levels was measured simultaneously.Results Blood triglyceride level in patients with hyperlipidemia of chronic kidney disease and hyperlipidemia without kidney disease were all significantly higher than healthy subjects( P <0.05),and there was no statistic difference in LPL mRNA RT PCR expression among these groups( P >0.05).Conclusion Hypertriglyceridemia of chronic kidney disease is not accompanied by down regulation of LPL mRNA expression in circulating leukocytes.
