摘要 目的 研究尿石症形成的危险因素 ,为制定预防尿结石形成和复发的措施提供依据。方法 本文对 10 7例尿石症患者进行 1∶1配比病例对照研究 ,采用条件Logistic回归分析方法处理资料。结果 多因素条件Logistic回归分析表明饮水习惯及尿枸橼酸水平与尿石症发病密切相关 ,OR值分别为 3.74 2和 1.5 16。结论 不喜欢饮水和低枸橼酸尿是尿石症发病的主要危险因素。 Objective To assess dietary and urinary risk factors for urolithiasis by a case control study. Methods One hundred and seven pairs of patients with urolithiasis and healthy people were selected. Personal characteristics, dietary habits were collected through interviewer administered questionnaires, and urinary biochemical parameters were measured for every subject. Conditional logistics regression was used for data analysis. Results The multiple logistic regression analysis suggested that daily water intake and the urinary citrate level were very closely associated with urolithiasis. The values of OR were 3.742 and 1.516, respectively.Conclusion Low daily water intake and hypocitraturia were the high risk factors inducing uroliathisis.
