摘要
目的 对大鼠离体心脏进行Langendorff灌流 ,观察果糖二磷酸钠镁 (FDPM)对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及对能量物质的影响。方法 将 4 9只大鼠随机分为 7组 :Normal组、缺氧复氧 (I/R)组、FDPM大中小剂量组、1,6二磷酸果糖组(FDP)组和硫酸镁 (Magsul)组 ,作I/R模型 ;比色法测定冠脉流出液中乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)和肌酸激酶 (CK)活性 ,高效液相色谱法测定心肌组织高能磷酸化合物的含量。结果 FDPM能降低冠脉流出液中肌酸激酶 (CK)和乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)活性 ,提高心肌组织ATP、ADP、TAN含量及能荷。结论 FDPM对缺血再灌注心肌有保护作用 ,其保护机制与改善心肌能量代谢有关。
Objective To study the effects of sodium magnesium fructose diphosphate(FDPM) on myocardial ischemia reperfusioninjure and energy metobolism on the isolated rat hearts.Methods Forty nine Wistar rats were randomly divided into seven groups:normal group,I/R group,FDPM group(high,midst,low),FDP group and magsul group. Dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK) and adenylate in I/R myocardial were measured at the end of experiment.Results FDPM lowered LDH and CK activity, attenuated loss of ATP?ADP in myocardial infarction zone, thereby increased TAN and energy charge.Conclusion FDPM had protective effects on I/R myocardial ,the mechanism of the protective may be related to restore and enhance energy metabolism.
