摘要
目的 评价超声技术估测脑血流量的价值。方法 使用超声诊断仪对 5 0例无心、脑血管疾病的健康成年人 (年龄 2 0~6 8岁 )进行颈部超声检查 ,测定颈总动脉、颈内动脉、椎动脉内径和血流动力学参数 :收缩期峰值流速 (Vs)、舒张末期流速 (Ved)、平均流速 (Vmean)、时间 峰值平均流速 (TAMX)、搏动指数 (PI)。根据公式 :Q =Vmean×A ,A =〔(直径 / 2 ) 2×PI〕×π,计算颈总动脉血流量Qcca、颈内动脉血流量Qica、椎动脉血流量Qva,并根据脑血流量 (CBF) =左侧 (Qica+Qva) +右侧 (Qica+Qva)计算CBF。对测值进行统计学处理 ,作左右侧对比和年龄组间比较。结果 超声侧值CCA、ICA、VA的血流量分别为 (4 78± 119)ml/min、(2 71± 5 2 )ml/min、(79± 38)ml/min ,CBF为 (710± 10 4 )ml/min ,不同年龄组间无统计学差异。结论 颈部血管超声检查可以作为一个无创、快捷、较准确估测脑血流量的技术。
Objective To evaluate the value of estimating cerebral blood flow by color duplex sonography of carotid and vertebral arteries.Methods Using a 7.5MHz linear transducer of computered sonography system,cervical arteries of 50 healthy adults were examined. We measured angle corrected time averaged velocities and the diameter of the vessels and calculated the flow volumes of all arteries. In addition, peak systolic, maximum end diastolic, and time averaged maximum velocities and the pulsatility were determined.Results The mean+SD values of flow volumes in the common, internal, and vertebral arteries were (478±119)ml/min?(271±52)ml/min?(79±38)ml/min. Total cerebral flow was (710±104)ml/min (corresponding to 55±8ml/100mg/min), with no variation in age. Conclusion Color duplex sonography of cervical arteries as a noninvasive technique is potentially a practical method for estimating total cerebral blood flow.
