小儿癫痫78例临床分析及随访调查

Clinical analysis and follo w-up of 78 children with epilepsy.

目的 讨论癫痫患儿临床发作特点及发作危险。方法 对 78例住院癫痫患儿进行 1～ 6年随访。结果 癫痫发病与性别、族别有关 ,大多数发病年龄小 ,能找到病因 ,神经系统常见病或智力、精神状态异常 ,抗癫痫疗效差。结论 小儿癫痫发作与病因 ,起病年龄、发作类型及治疗有关 ,也可能与性别。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and risk of epilepsy attack in children .Methods 78 children with ep ilepsy were followed up for 1 to 6 years .Results The epilepsy attack rate was associated with sex and nation ality.The anti-epilepsy treatment was not very effective in those chidren with y ounger age or mental abnormality.C onclusion Seizure in children may have relationship with the age,epilepsy- type,treatment method , sex and nationality of the patients.
