This paper provides a brief presentation of the information war carried out by the allied forces of U.S. and Britain in Iraq War, pointing out that network central war will be the main form in the future war and that surveillance detection system cored by radars will be the most main information source. The paper also addresses the coordinate detection developing varied detection techniques to set up the effective air, landbased and seabased net of coordinate detection. 
