HPLC法测定制首乌药材中羟芪衍生物的含量

Determination of 2,3,5,4'-Tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata by RP-HPLC

采用高效液相色谱法测定制首乌药材中 2 ,3,5 ,4’ -四羟基二苯乙烯 - 2 -O - β -D -葡萄糖苷的含量。DiamonsilC18色谱柱 (5 μm ,4 6× 2 5 0mm) ,流动相 :乙腈 -甲醇 -水 (10∶2 0∶70 ) ,流速 :1 5ml·min- 1,检测波长 :32 0nm。结果 2 ,3,5 ,4’ -四羟基二苯乙烯 - 2 -O - β -D -葡萄糖苷在 0 0 2 5 3～ 0 35 42 μg范围内线性关系良好 ;平均回收率为 99 34% ,RSD为 0 4 9%。方法简便、快速 ,灵敏度高。

An RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata. The column was Diamonsil C 18 (5μm, 4 6×250mm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-methanol-water(10∶20∶70), and the flow rate was 1 5ml·min -1 . The detection wavelength is 320nm. The linearity was in the range of 0 0253～0 3542μg. The average recovery was 99 34% and RSD was 0 49%. The method was simple, precise and reproducible.
