摘要
本文对采用不同方法制备了两种SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_2系列的SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_2—TiO_2和SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_2-Al_2O_3固体超强酸催化剂,并以顺丁烯二酸酐和正丁醇的酯化反应为探针反应,考察了Zr:Al,Zr:Ti的原子配比,焙烧温度,焙烧时间以及浸渍液硫酸的浓度对催化剂活性的影响。
Two kinds of solid super-acid catalyzers; SO42-/ZrO2 -TiO2 and S04 /ZrO2 -Al2O3 were prepared in this paper, which belong to the SO42-/ZrO2 series; and based on the esterification of maleic acid anhydride and normal butyl alcohol used as bougie reaction, the influence of the atomic ratio of Zr : Al,Zr : Ti, the baking temperature and time and chroma of dipping liquid vitriol on the activity of catalyzer were studied in this paper too.
