大黄对兔内毒素性急性肺损伤呼吸动力学影响的实验研究 被引量:6

THE EFFECT OF RHUBARB ON PNEWMODYNAMICS DURING ACUTE LUNG INJURY BY ENDOTOXIN IN RABBITS

摘要 目的 观察大黄对兔内毒素性急性肺损伤时肺动态顺应性及气道峰压的影响。方法 以氧合指数 (PaO2 /FiO2 )作为标准 ,观察治疗前基础值 (base) ,达急性肺损伤时以及给药后 1h、2h、3h、4h、5h和 6h各时间点兔肺动态顺应性及气道峰压的变化。结果 用药组在急性肺损伤时 ,用药后 1h、2h、3h、4h、5h及6h肺动态顺应性均较基础值降低 (P <0 .0 5 ,或P <0 .0 1 ) ;在用药后 5h及 6h肺动态顺应性均较对照组升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。用药组在用药后 4h、5h及 6h气道峰压均较基础值升高 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 ) ,在用药后 5h及 6h气道峰压均较对照组降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 与对照组比 ,大黄可提高急性肺损伤后 5h及 6h的兔肺动态顺应性 ,并可降低急性肺损伤后 5h及 Objective To observe the effect of rhubarb on lung dynamic compliance and peak pressure of airway during acute lung injury by endotoxin in rabbits.Methods As criterion with PaO 2/FiO 2 the change of lung dynamic compliance and peak pressure of airway was observed at basic situation,onset of acute lung injury,1h,2h,3h,4h,5h and 6h after acute lung injury. Results Lung dynamic compliance was lower than that in base at onset of ALI,1h,2h,3h,4h,5h and 6h after therapy in D group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Lung dynamic compliance was higher in NS group at 5h and 6h after therapy (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Peak pressure of airway was higher than that in base at 4h,5h and 6h after therapy (P<0.05orP<0.01).Conclusions Lung dunamic complianc was improved ,compared with that in NS group at 5h and 6h after therapy. Peak pressure of airway was improved,compared with that in NS group at 5h and 6h after therapy.
