摘要 微生物用来代谢木聚糖的酶系是研究自然界中第 2种最丰富的多聚糖 (木聚糖 )的重要工具 .近年来 ,国际上对微生物分解木聚糖系统的研究日益关注 ,主要研究工作集中在不同条件下微生物木聚糖酶的诱导产生和调节机制 ,酶的提纯、鉴定 ,木聚糖酶基因的分子克隆和表达 ,以及木聚糖酶在加工工业上 ,尤其是纸浆漂白方面的应用 .该文综述了木聚糖复杂的结构 ,微生物木聚糖酶的生物合成、固定化、固态发酵、酶的协同作用、基因的分子克隆以及其潜在的应用价值 ,并简要综述了微生物木聚糖酶的生物漂白机制、选择标准以及木聚糖酶技术的应用前景 . The xylanase system of microbes is an important tool to investigate the use of the second most abundant poly saccharide (xylan) in nature. Recent studies on microbial xylanolytic systems have generally focused on induction of enzyme production under different conditions, purification, characterization, gene cloning and expression, and use of enzymes predominantly for pulp bleaching. This review highlights complex xylan structure, microbial xylanolytic enzymes including their biosynthesis, immobilization, solid state fermentation, synergistic action, and molecular cloning of the genes as well, with special reference to application in biobleaching.
