摘要
目的 :评价穿琥宁与利巴韦林治疗病毒性肺炎的疗效及成本 -效果比。方法 :选择63例病毒性肺炎患者 ,分为穿琥宁治疗组与利巴韦林对照组 ,运用药物经济学的成本 -效果分析方法进行评价。结果与结论 :穿琥宁与利巴韦林之间价格悬殊 ,虽然两组治疗病毒性肺炎的成本接近 ,成本 -效果比也基本接近 ,但应用穿琥宁疗程相对较短 ,不仅可减少患者住院日 ,且不良反应较少 。
OBJECTIVE:To compare the therapeutic effect and cost-effectiveness ratio between chuanhuning and ribˉavirin in treatment of viral pneumonia.METHODS:63patients with viral pneumonia were divided into chuanhuning and ribˉavirin groups and pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis was carried out.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:In treating viral pneumonia,there is a great disparity in price between chuanhuning and ribavirin,however,the costs of two groups were very close,and so were the cost-effectiveness ratios.Chuanhuning is better than ribavirin in paying.
