Review of Adverse Reactions Induced by Cephalosporins in653Reported Cases

目的 :为临床合理应用头孢菌素类药物提供参考。方法 :收集、分析近10年国内文献报道的653例头孢菌素类药物致不良反应病例。结果 :归纳总结出了头孢菌素类药物不良反应发生的一般规律和有关特征。结论 :临床在应用头孢菌素类药物时 ,不仅应重视其抗菌效应 。

OBJECTIVE:To provide data for guiding rational use of cephalosporins in clinical practice.METHODS:653cases with adverse reactions induced by cephalosporins,reported in demestic literatures in recent ten years,were collected and statistically analyzed.RESULTS:The general rule and characteristics of occurrence of adverse reactions resulted from cephalosporins have been summarized.CONCLUSION:Rational use of cephalosporins should be strengthened in the clinical practice in order to prevent and reduce the occurrence of ADRs.
