天然和合成冰片组成的复方丹参滴丸药效比较实验研究

Pharmacodynamic comparison of natural Bingpian(Borneol)with compound Bingpian in Compound Dripping Pill of Danshen

犤目的犦比较分别由天然冰片和合成冰片组成的复方丹参滴丸抗垂体后叶素(Pit)致大鼠急性心肌缺血的药效。犤方法犦采用大鼠舌下静脉注射Pit造成急性心肌缺血的方法,观察各给药组对注射Pit后不同时间点Ⅱ导联心电图T波变化百分率(%)、血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。犤结果犦天然冰片和合成冰片组成的复方丹参滴丸均能明显改善Pit引起的急性心肌缺血的心电图变化、降低血清CPK活性、MDA的含量,增加血清SOD活性,对LDH未见明显影响。犤结论犦天然冰片组成的复方丹参滴丸具有抗Pit诱发大鼠急性心肌缺血的作用,与合成冰片组成的复方丹参滴丸比较两者之间无显著差异。

To compare the pharmacodynamics of natural Bingpian with compound Bingpian in Compound Dripping Pill of Danshen on rat with acute myocardial ischemia induced by Pit.The model of acute myocardial ischemia was made by injecting Pit though the sublingual vein.The T wave change ofⅡlead of ECG and the contents of LDH,CPK,SOD and MDA in serum at different time point after injection were observed.The Compound Drip-ping Pill of Danshen with either kind of Bingpian could improve the ECG,decrease the content of CPK and MDA and en-hance the activity of SOD with no obvious influence on LDH.[Conclusion]Compound Dripping Pill of Danshen including natural Bingpian has an effect against on rat acute myocardial ischemia due to Pit and has no differentiation with that in-cluding compound Bingpian.
