本文阐述了执政党在面对各种复杂的考验的情况下,要更好地带领人民实现社会主义现代化和中华民族的伟大复兴,就要努力提高党员和党的干部的思想政治素质、理论素质,建立有效的监督机制,使党组织本身在思想上、政治上、组织上进一步巩固,不断提高领导水平和执政水平,增强拒腐防变以及抵御风险的能力,这样才能保证我们党在新世纪的挑战面前百战百胜,永远立于不败之地。

The article holds that if the ruling party wants to better lead the people to realize the socialistic modernization and the Chinese nation's great revival, she should try to improve the ideological, political and theoretical quality of the Party members cadres, set up efficient supervising system, make the Party organization itself further consolidated in ideology, politic and theory, improve constantly the leading and administrative level and strengthen the abilities of resisting corruption, preventing change and resisting risk. Only in this way, she can always win victories and never be defeated in the face of the challenge of the new century.
