Discuss on the Mutual Relation between the Teacher's Character and the P.E

个性形成于特定的社会背景 ,每个人具有不同的个性 ,个性影响着生活与工作 ,然而具体的工作对个性的发展与完善也提出了要求 ,二者是互动关系。在体育教学工作中 ,体育教师应该充分培养良好的个性品质 ,完善自我 。

The individual characters come from the special environment. It may produce impact on the life and work. On the other hand,the special environment set demands on the developing of the characters. The both have mutual relation,happens which between the P.E. and the teacher's characters. The teacher should develop perfect characters according to the demands of P.E..
