抑郁发作患者智力测验认知功能评估

COGNITIVE FUNCTION EVALUATION ON EPISODIC DEPRESSIVE

目的 :探讨抑郁发作患者认知功能损伤程度。方法 :使用中国修订韦氏成人智力测验量表对 17例抑郁症患者进行认知功能检查 ,并将其结果与常模组进行对比。结果 :抑郁发作患者算术、填图、图片拼凑的粗分低于常模 (P <0 0 1～P <0 0 5 )。结论 :抑郁症患者存在认知功能障碍。

Objective:TO evaluate the cognitive function in episodic depressive patient.Method:Cognitive function in 17 depressive patients were examined by China revised Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS).The results were compared with regular model.Results: Depressive patients performed poorer than the regular model in arithmetic,picture piecing together and chart filling(P<0.01～0.05).Conclusion:Depressive patients have damage in their cognitive function.
