激光治疗泪道阻塞153例临床疗效观察

TREATMENT OF STENOSIS OF LACRIMAL PASSAGE BY LASER

目的 :评价激光治疗泪道阻塞的疗效。方法 :回顾性分析用激光治疗不同部位泪道阻塞 16 8眼疗效。结果 :16 8眼随访 3～ 8个月 ,1次激光治愈 15 1眼 (占 88 89% ) ,2～ 3次激光治愈 12眼 (占 7 14 % ) ,无效 5眼 (占2 97% )。结论 :泪道阻塞性疾病用激光治疗是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of laser treating lacrimal passage stenosis.Method:Clinical data of 168 eyes with lacrimal passage stenosis treated by laser was analyzed retrospectively.Results:Among the 168 eyes followed-up for 3～8 months, 151 eyes (88.89%) were cured by 1 course of laser therapy, 12 eyes (7.14%) by 2 to 3 therapies and 5 eyes (2.79%) were ineffective by the therapy.Conclusion:laser is an effective and safe therapy for lacrimal passage stenosis.
