糖尿病患者PAI-1变化与心血管疾病

摘要 80%的糖尿病患者死于血栓性疾病;其中75%是由于心血管并发症[1].近年来,对糖尿病,胰岛素抵抗,糖耐量异常等疾病的研究表明,作为血栓前状态分子标志物之一的纤溶系统活性指标,纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1(plasminogen activatorinhibitor 1,PAI-1)的变化与血栓形成密切相关,是动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病的独立危险因素.
